Paypal Why not in Pakistan?

Yeah, Pakistan is in the waiting list.

Even here in India we have the same problem, when I tried to confirm my credit card with them it did not accept it. When I inquired further I realized that it accepts only certain credit cards. But it confirmed my bank account. Doesn't bank transferring work in Pakistan ?

Actually PayPal doesn't allow residents from Pakistan. Though in future they might allow, Its due to some Interest And Fee problems.

Here in India we had no problems. but recently they blocked all transaction to India stating some problem with the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) the bank regulator, but now its allowed we have to enter a ICFS code of the branch to perform transaction.
